While the full truth concerning the "racist emails" has been withheld from the public by Sellier and Schwarzfeld- largely under the guise of "a private, personnel matter"- a few troubling issues are known.
On January 26, 2015, Bertrand Sellier felt that "it was important to report to the residents of the Village of [Pelham Manor] about these matters." Seller's statement went on to address Police Chief Mosiello's forwarding of emails containing "racially offensive material." The mayor then advised that, "Chief Mosiello admitted that he had received and forwarded those emails...." (CLICK HERE TO READ, "Racist Emails and Mayor Bertrand Sellier's Public Misrepresentation.")
The public deserves to know whether or not the below email is, in fact, one of the emails that the Village of Pelham Manor Police Chief has admitted to forwarding, and that the Village Board of Trustees considered while weighing the status of the police chief's future employment.
Mayor Bertrand Sellier and Deputy-Mayor Neal Schwarzfeld also need to explain to the residents, taxpayers, businesses, workers and guests of Pelham Manor how, if it is true that the below email is one of those forwarded by Police Chief Mosiello, the ticketing and/or arrest of ANY non-white in Pelham Manor is not now-forever impacted as every non-white can accurately say that his/her arrest came from the leadership of the known and racist-emailing-sending police chief, Alfred Mosiello.
Racism has NO place in the Village of Pelham Manor, Mssrs. Sellier and Schwarzfeld, and the public deserves better than your collective and spineless cover-up.
One such email, alleged to have been sent from one of the personal email accounts of the Pelham Manor police chief, and reviewed by Sellier and Schwarzfeld, reads,

The other 14% said they hadn't been to prison yet.
The Police Chief MUST GO. This type of activity by the leadership of the police department puts the entire village at risk. The liability is huge, and this is simply wrong. What are Sellier and Schwartzfeld doing?

ReplyDeleteDo you know the police chiefs son was hired by skipping 30 candidates to get to him. The 30 candidates should get a copy of the list from Westchester County and file a lawsuit. The process was fixed. Oh the chiefs son leads the department in overtime. The chief in Sleepy Hollow was terminated for that. The job turned to a joke 8 years ago. Hire a chief who is really a chief not a pawn on Pierpont.
ReplyDeleteThat is his email no doubt about it and also one of the emails the board and there so called attorney received. There are 100 more of the same type emails sent from the same email address. If any officer sent one just one of these type of emails they would be fired on the spot. This racist Police Chief sent 1,000 emails he sent them once he sent them they were no longer his personal emails. The board said they were leaked by Ken Campion that is an absolute lie. Why don't they find the right person oh that's right no one investigated anything to do with the emails. They just picked Kenny's name out of the air. Have they not done enough to this man. If they investigated which is what any other police department would have done they would have found out all who received them and did not report them. I wonder why they did not investigate I guess they did not want to see certain peoples email addresses like Pierpont,Ruggerio and Donahue.
