Pelham Manor Police Chief Alfred Mosiello Waves White Flag

Friday, the 13th of February marked the day Village of Pelham Manor Police Chief Al Mosiello chose to pen his letter of "retirement." .....MORE.....

It cannot yet be confirmed whether or not Al Mosiello had knowledge of the fact that the FBI had talked to those familiar with the many troubling issues in and about the "operations" of the Village of Pelham Manor Police Department, or whether he himself had, if fact, been formally interviewed by federal agents....

More details of the recently revealed- and startling- issues tomorrow !!!

  1. Oh, that Al Mosiello. I always enjoyed his sense of humor. LMAO.

Al saying the controversy "created by the emails I forwarded has made my continued role here in the Department impossible." LMAO

Al, by any chance did your running for the hills have ANYTHING to do with any OTHER issues going on inside that dysfunctional toilet a/k/a 4 Penfield Place?

I have to say, ex-chief Al (music to my ears: EX-chief), if someone had to start yapping to the feds, it might as well be your spineless ass instead of the bald one- headcase Pierpont.

"Sense of pride and professionalism" that happened since you became chief? ROTF LMAO !

How do you calculate that EX-chief-Al? You sold your soul to the devil-Pierpont. And because of that, no one has had a spec of respect for you and YOU KNOW IT.

You are way too funny Al. PLEASE, PLEASE, get a job on Saturday Night Live !

    1. I am so HAPPY to hear that CHIEF MOUSEY YELLOW is leaving. The 8 years that he was Chief have been filled with cover ups, nepotism, ticket fixing, affairs(yes,he has had exra-marital affairs),firings, suspensions, hearings, and missing grenades. He should have been fired long ago.

  2. Shelly Silver would be proud of Mayor Sellier and Deputy Mayor Neal Schwarzfeld as they continue to cover up massive ticket fixing in Pelham Manor by Pierpont and soon to be FIRED police chief mosellio. The 2 clowns Sellier and Schwarzfeld need pay back the taxpayers all the money they gave to the lawyer who further covered up the fixing of tickets. The 2 clowns are part of this conspiracy against the residents of Pelham Manor. As Preet Baharra said, STAY TUNED More to come on Fire THIEF JOEY RUGGERIO

  3. Mosellio should not get pension. He knows all about how corrupt Pierpont and Ruggerio are. Hold his pension until he gives up Pierpont AND Ruggerio. Thats how the Feds do it.

  4. Why was X Chief Mosiello paid more then NYPD POLICE COMMISIONER BILL BRATTON ? It's a form of bribery. This is how Pierpont kept Al Mosellio on his Knees, to service him and his organized crime spree. .. U people have no idea how much Pierpont has stolen ..... .the X Chief knows ...... Hold up his pension.

If Mayor Sellier and Deputy Mayor Schwarzfeld were honest they would.

BUT THE'RE NOT. THEY started the cover by hiring a law firm to investigate a criminal matter that the DA should have investigated.

  5. Village Manager John BOY PIERPONT has been systematically Raping the taxpayers of Pelham Manor since the mid 90s, when he lied his way into town. Call Mount Kisco, plenty of people there know what a thief he was and is.

  6. Don't think you boys are out of the woods yet. The bald one has Rick "The Weasel" Vesperman warming up in the bullpen. That is hysterical you thought Al "The Racist" Mosiello was a puppet here comes Rick the Marionette" Vesperman.

    2. The PMPD needs a strong leader to bring it back to the respectable police department it once was. (and it was that at one point ). Rick Vesperman is not that person. If he is promoted in any shape or form, the PD will sink further into the abyss and they may never come out. The men on this job deserve better than that. They want someone they can proudly call "my Chief". Vesperman or Gaul at the helm would be a slap in the face to every good cop that ever stepped foot in that historic building. It's time to start thinking about what's best for protecting the good people of Pelham Manor and not about getting even. Ask any cop who they want leading them into battle. If 1 person says Vesperman, then make him. But you won't get that. Bring the PMPD back to a place that took over 100 transfer requests, not a place where good cops look to be transferred from.

    3. Here's an even better idea. Disband the PMPD and let Westchester County Dept. of Public Safety take over. No more Village Manager running things.

  7. The joker Pierpont has had a disfunctional police dept. for 8 years. He has no knowledge of how a police department works. You don't force cops to retire because you don't like them. You have no business getting involved that's not your job. You and your pet dwarf destroyed.a great PD. Some of the best cops in Westchester County were forced to resign or loose their health care benefits. You did not care one bit about them or their families. You are an animal. Pelham Manor starting going down the tubes as soon as you arrived. Once your puppet became chief [not many cops consider him the chief} the moral went down the drain. Ten cops forced out four rookies left for other departments and two cops fired. Pelham Manor up until 2006 was a job everyone wanted since then everyone wants to leave.Whose fault is that yours Baldie and your dwarf sidekick. The board is asleep at the wheel did they not think is was strange swearing in do many new cops. Oh that's right Baldie runs the place. The trustees do not have a clue. Baldie your going down. We need a new mayor a new deputy mayor a new village manager who will work for $150,000 instead of $350,000 and a housing allowance what is he on welfare? And most of all a POLICE CHIEF who the men respect and Police Chief who respects his men.

  8. The racist chief Alfred Mosiello is a sick man. Not only is he racist he is rat, backstabber and a liar. I hope he gets mental attention. He, even in his farewell address continues to talk about the arrest of the black man he tried to help. He tried to help himself get id of 2 pba delegates. The arrest and the traffic summonses were NOT dismissed as he continually states. The man pled out to all the penal law charges and the traffic tickets. Not one charge was dismissed. Now take if further if the man pled guilty to everything why would the village have it's insurance company pay out $100,000 as a settlement. How much did Pierpont and his personal hatchet man David Weirtz make on this stupid escapade. So stop the lies your going to be run out of town when all this comes up. More lies to follow.

  9. MOUSEY YELLOWS RESIGNATION leaves out one important FACT about Mr. Halls arrest. It is FACT that he told his officers that he wanted Mr. Hall and his guys out of HIS VILLAGE. He basically put a bounty on them.

  11. As being 1 of the many people whose lives you have ruined. In case you forgot here is the list, Lenci X2, Paci, Martin, Laird, Carpenter, Kakomanolis, Campion, McCormack and I am sure there are plenty that I missed or don't know about. Each and every one of these guys are more of cop than you could ever dream of being. Now you left your DISGUSTING LEGACY for your son to deal with at PMPD. Hope you are happy!!!!!!! Go seek Mental Help. YOU NEED IT.

  13. Really, Chief Vesperman?? I know the PD has been a little lackadaisical, when it comes to back ground checks of their officers, but the fact that this guy still has a badge is a travesty. I saw a joke about another supervisor smoking a little MJ out back, but prior to the swearing in the next chief of police, maybe someone ought to draw a little blood, or better yet, go interview a few of the Y-Town dealers, and Y is for Yayo!!

  14. I heard Al Sharpton was interviewed to be the next Police Chief of Pelham Manor.

  15. I seem to remember Yorktown PD Being at the Vesperman house A LOT. Al used to take care of it all for him. Hmmmmmmm...

  16. Vesperman had big problem in Yorktown. I know that for a fact. I was at the desk when the Yorktown detectives were looking for him. Vesperman was not in so the detectives asked to speak to the chief. Nothing came of it uncle Al took care of it for him. Does anyone there check on there employees.

  17. Hey Mosiello take your son with you he is as useless as you. Destroyed a police car lost a portable radio and left his gun out in the locker room twice and broke the radar machine . Not bad for a years work. How come he was not brought up on charges. When you leave take him with you PLEASE.

  18. Little Al left his gun out and it was Mike T who found it and sucured the gun. How ironic. Mike does the right thing and gets it in the rear by Chief Dad Al

  19. Little Al word of advise watch what you say you already said to much. Be quite and get out you will save yourself.

  20. Little Al transfer to the DPW you have no future with the police department. Your father fed OT will be no more and the other officers will now get the proper amount. Don't think this Lt. will do anything for you. remember what your father did to his brother, The men will never forget what your demented father did to him and the 8 others. Like the other post stated shut your mouth your done and go hide in a corner you big fat rat. That should be your nick name. Fat rat.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
