With the hasty reported retirement of Pelham Manor Police Lieutenant David Donahue, effective February 28, 2015, comes an all-too-common "No Comment" from Mayor Bertrand Sellier, Deputy Mayor Neal Schwarzfeld and village manager John Pierpont. Another individual in a police department administrative position says that the revealed emails are, in fact, the same emails reviewed by village manager John Pierpont, Mayor Sellier and Deputy-Mayor Schwarzfeld, and all kept from the public.
Readers will recall that Pelham Manor village manager John Pierpont perfected the use of term "No Comment" shortly after the start of his employment in Pelham Manor. Pierpont had been the target of a Westchester County District Attorney's investigation involving stolen electronic equipment in Mount Kisco where Pierpont had been employed. So, Mayor Sellier, Deputy Mayor Schwarzfeld and village manager Pierpont, is it- or is it not- true that the below email is involved in the Pelham Manor Police Chief Mosiello racist email scandal? And if it is true, what do you have to say about any characterization that law enforcement activity in Pelham Manor falls under the leadership of a known and racist-emailing-sending police chief?

ReplyDeleteIt's true Dave D is retiring. The PD has been frantic all morning. This is not a police department- it's a joke. Al does what Pierpont says. John is the real police chief. The VPM PD is a complete and dysfunctional disgrace. Good-Intentioned members of law enforcement are run by a thug named John Pierpont. Forget Al Mosiello he is afraid of Pierpont and everyone knows Al will be gone soon.

Sure he is retiring bet you anything his email address is there as receiving the emais and not reporting them. Dock him 50,000 for covering it up. The whole administration is useless. The board and Pierpont should go the mayors statement had so many mistakes in it all written by Pierpont mayor he made you look stupid.
ReplyDeleteThe police chief has been a follower since he was hired. Since he has been chief he has followed Pierpont what an idiot. He is a mean heartless jealous person he calls himself the exterminator because he has got rid of so many cops by threatening them with no health insurance. This has happened to at least 10 officers. Residents wake up its costing you 100,000s of thousands of dollars in lawyer fees and settlements for what ego trips.

The truth will come out and Pierpont and Mosiello will go down for the way they treat their employees. We are waiting for a well respected former member of the once great Pelham Manor Police Department to decide if will tell all. Remember stay together and stay strong.
ReplyDeleteDid Lt. Donahue receive the racist emails? Was he involved in ticket fixing? Is this why he's retiring ? He should not be able to retire until criminal investigation is completed--- AND A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION NOT BY A LAW FIRM PAID WITH TAX DOLLARS.
ReplyDeletePierpont was hired in the mid-1990s. Removed as manager of Mount Kisco, reason removed: committed multiple felonies. VPM Mayor and trustees found out about his multiple crimes after he bought Blessings house, who was village manager he replaced. They knew he was a piece of garbage.
ReplyDeletePretty pathetic when a police officer reports corruption to mayor sellier, seller then covers up mosiello's crimes, and causing this officer to attempt suicide by cop. seller needs to resign, needs to be disbarred as a lawyer, needs to be arrested, blood on seller's slimy hands.
ReplyDeletePignone case was settled because manager Pierpont was bid rigging village contracts. Pignone's lawyer could prove it. Pierpont would have to admit this under oath or commit PERJURY.

Or will he FINALLY do the right thing and start talking about all the BAD THINGS that PIERPONT and MOUSEY YELLOW have been doing. It is better that he is leaving, he was a big part of the problem by sitting back and letting it al go on. BE A MAN DAVE. TELL IT ALL.
